At Match Day Vintage, we know that buying authentic football shirts can sometimes feel challenging. With so many “unofficial” shirts circulating online, it’s natural for buyers to feel cautious. As football shirt collectors ourselves, we completely understand this.

That’s why we make one promise very clear: Match Day Vintage only sells 100% authentic football shirts. Every single item we stock goes through careful authenticity checks, and we only source our products from trusted suppliers. With many years of experience in buying, selling, and authenticating shirts, we bring both expertise and passion to everything we do. 

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that:

• The item is returned in the same condition you received it (unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags or packaging where applicable).

• You contact us in advance at info@matchdayvintage.com to arrange the return.

• The return is sent using a tracked and insured postal service, at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

• We cannot refund shipping costs (unless the item was faulty or incorrectly described).

• International customers should be aware of potential import duties, customs charges, or handling fees imposed by their country’s authorities. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@matchdayvintage.com. We will cover the return postage costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
